SOC352: Organizational Behavior - Group
Prerequisite(s): ENG121

This course introduces students to concepts and terminology of organizational behavior at the group level. Topics include group dynamics, team building, leadership roles, and the impact of personality and communication styles on the group. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to apply motivational, personality, and communication theories to impact and enhance group performance in the workplace.
