HUM413: Contemporary Literature
Prerequisite(s): ENG121

This course provides an overview of contemporary short stories, novels, and poetry. Topics include techniques in the use of language, structure, and characterization. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to analyze and discuss the use of language, style and characterization in present-day literature.
