GD437: Web/Multimedia Development and Planning
Prerequisite(s): All GD courses in lower division curriculum

This course explores the fundamentals of business and product marketing as well as the unique aspects of Internet marketing and commerce. Students will be required to do a team project. Each team will develop marketing strategies that interpret and solve client needs; they will employ project management skills by developing a project plan, initiating that plan, and finally in a mock presentation, present the client with a finished product.Topics include project management, storyboarding, Internet marketing and commerce, and client management. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to take a web based project from its conceptual stage to final end-product.
