ENG403: Gender Communications
Prerequisite(s): ENG121

This course introduces students to the communication styles of men and women in the workplace, and develops effective communication skills between genders.Topics include interpersonal communication, gender variation in information processing, perceptions, language, and nonverbal communications. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to identify the significant differences in gender perceptions of communication. They should be able to discuss and analyze how gender plays a role in the communications network of organizations.
