Provides the knowledge and skills to do job analysis, personnel planning, and employee interviewing, as well as developing training and motivation techniques and appraising performance. Topics include equal opportunity and the law, employee testing interviewing and training. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to create a human resources plan, identify and apply effective interviewing techniques, develop a new employee orientation program, and appraise and manage key elements of employee performance.
