MA218 - Phlebotomy

This course provides the student with knowledge in basic phlebotomy procedures. Topics include needle types, the order of the draw, basic blood testing, and pharmaceutical drug calculation. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to explain the basic skills of phlebotomy such as venipuncture, syringe draws, and butterflys.
